According to the cleaning and sterilization requirement of hospital, we designed this Ultrasonic SPRAY CLEANING MACHINE. In one cleaning chamber, the medical instruments can be cleaned by spray cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning(add enzyme automatically), hot water cleaning and disinfection, antirust cleaning, drying. It can clean scalpel, hemostat, biopsy forceps, injection needle, injectors, test tube, glass, dressing bowl, pressure testing device etc in bulk.

2. The control system (PLC, Mitsubishi, Japan) adopts colorful touch screen operation

3. Adopts intelligent digital operation system

4.12 default protocols are available;user can set as many as 100 protocols

5. Totally there are 5 procedures: normal temperature water cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning with Enzymes, hot water cleaning, antirust cleaning, drying , and every status can be displayed on the LCD screen.

6. It takes about 45 minutes to finish one cycle.
